The Challenge:
The brand was ready to scale but had no consistent identity or guiding framework so they needed a partner to help shape their brand, guide key decisions, and create a cohesive presence.
Our Approach:
We became a strategic marketing partner, embedded in their team from the start. We began by defining their brand vision, developing a style guide so every touchpoint was aligned. From there, we led content production and design and co-led social media strategy, and execution, working closely with other experts on the team. We brought the brand personality to life through a show-stopping life-sized shoe box activation, a mobile store concept that became a talking point at expos and events. And when the brand decided to launch their first physical store, we helped design the entire space, ensuring every detail reflected their vision. We also captured their launch, making the event unforgettable.
