Since 2020, our mission has been to break the marketing barriers that keep SMMEs from scaling.

We are a 100% Black women-owned and led creative marketing agency, founded by Lebogang Ntsiea after witnessing how many businesses struggled to survive Covid due to ineffective or non-existent digital presence and marketing strategy.

We exist to make sure businesses are never invisible, unstructured, or unprepared again.

Meet the Founder

Lebogang Ntsiea

The Chief Creative Officer of Rea Bopa Creative Agency — a visual storyteller at heart and a strategist by training.

She studied Film and Television at the University of the Witwatersrand, where she developed a strong foundation in narrative, visual communication, and audience psychology. She later completed a qualification in Marketing Analytics: Strategy and Decision Making at the University of Cape Town, strengthening her ability to pair creativity with data-informed strategy.

Lebogang is deeply invested in the process — taking ideas from conversation to clarity, and shaping them into marketing that is structured, intentional, and built for measurable impact.

Her heart is in seeing small businesses grow and scale. She approaches every brand with the same care, ownership, and long-term thinking as if it were her own — and that remains at the core of how the agency operates today.
